AxonCrew provides AI agent development, workflow automation, and related consulting services under the scope defined in each project agreement. These terms apply to your use of this website and any services we deliver.
Each build engagement is governed by a separate statement of work or project agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, these terms constitute the binding agreement between AxonCrew and the client.
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables produced for your project become your property. We retain the right to reference the engagement for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all client information — workflows, data, system architecture — as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the project or as required by law.
AxonCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the revision date below. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
